Richard Roudasev

Richard has been a member of the Cazimir team since September 2025.
Education
Richard obtained his Master's degree in Law from Ghent University in 2018. Immediately afterwards, he started working as a tax consultant specializing in corporate tax at KPMG, one of the Big Four consulting firms in the Belgian market. In 2021, he joined PwC within the mergers and acquisitions tax department and progressed to the position of manager. He also completed a Master after Master in Tax Law at KU Leuven (2021).
Richard is a member of the Brussels Bar Association.
Practice areas
Richard has a particular interest in taxation. He specializes in corporate tax, with a focus on mergers and restructurings. Additionally, he has extensive experience with international taxation, more general issues within corporate tax, as well as tax audits and ruling requests.

In his free time, Richard enjoys traveling, playing music (piano and guitar), and indoor climbing. He is also interested in the investment landscape and global economic developments.
